Cancellations & Refunds

This policy applies to reservations made through this website only. All services are provided by A.Y Yellow Boat Cruises Ltd, and payments are processed securely via Worldline – Saferpay.

All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT at the applicable rate.

GENERAL TERMS

  • Guests are responsible for arriving at the correct departure location on time. We accept no liability for missed departures due to late arrival or arrival at an incorrect meeting point.

  • Departure locations may vary depending on the cruise or charter. Please ensure you carefully read the information provided in your confirmation.

  • Transaction and payment processing fees are non-refundable.

  • All services are offered subject to availability. In the event of non-availability, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and issue a full refund.

  • Prices and specifications may change without notice. Minor changes do not entitle the customer to cancel or receive a refund.

  • We accept no liability for bookings made in error by the customer.

  • Delayed responses do not entitle customers to cancel or refuse an order.

  • While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on this website, A.Y Yellow Boat Cruises Ltd accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from its use.


DAILY CRUISES TERMS

Daily cruise bookings are completed through our official booking platform www.protarascruises.com, which is operated by A.Y Yellow Boat Cruises Ltd.

  • Daily cruise tickets may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure date and time for a 100% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure are non-refundable.

  • The captain reserves the right to cancel or modify a cruise at any time due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or force majeure. In the event of cancellation, guests will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule, subject to availability.


PRIVATE CHARTER TERMS

Private charters are planned individually and differ from daily cruises. All details, pricing, and conditions are agreed directly with our team once communication begins.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

  • A deposit is required to secure a private charter booking.

  • The deposit amount and payment deadlines are agreed during the booking process.

  • Payments must be paid as agreed. Failure to do so may result in the charter being released and subject to availability.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled charter date are eligible for a full refund of amounts paid, excluding transaction fees.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled charter date are non-refundable.

RESCHEDULING & CHANGES

  • Requests to reschedule a private charter must be made more than 14 days before the original charter date and are subject to vessel availability.

  • A rescheduling fee may apply.

  • Changes requested within 14 days of the charter date may not be accepted.

  • We reserve the right to refuse changes requested close to the charter date.

  • The captain reserves the right to cancel or modify a cruise at any time due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or force majeure. In the event of cancellation, guests will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule, subject to availability.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any private charter if safety, vessel protection, or operational considerations require it.

  • All private charters are subject to the captain’s discretion regarding safety and weather conditions.
