How does the booking process work?

You can book directly through our website by clicking on 'Book Now' for the cruise you wish to reserve. This will redirect you to our booking system, where you can select the number of passengers and complete the checkout process using a credit or debit card.

How can i book a private charter?

To book your private charter, we invite you to fill out the form for your preferred vessel and click 'Submit.' This helps us understand what you're looking for, and we’ll get back to you with a special offer! Once we’ve agreed on all the details, we’ll just ask for a deposit to hold your reservation.

What if my trip is cancelled?

If we have to cancel your trip because of unexpectedly rough sea conditions, don't worry! We’d be  more than happy to help you reschedule for a later date. If you’re in the area for just a short time and can’t make it another day, we’ll  gladly issue you a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Can i cancel my booking?

You can easily cancel your reservation by notifying us via email. For a full refund, simply ensure you contact us at least 48 hours before your cruise date for daily cruises, and 2 weeks in advance for private charters.

Can i just turn up if i haven't booked?

Yes, you can purchase a ticket on the day with the help of our staff. However, we strongly recommend avoiding this during busy times, as most of our trips are fully booked in advance. Booking through our website is easy—just click 'Book Now.' If you prefer to speak to someone directly, please visit our contact page for more options.

Can i pay by card on board?

You have the convenient choice to pay with cash or card, making your experience smooth and hassle-free!

Is there access to the boats for passengers with mobility issues?

We are committed to making all our experiences accessible to everyone, and our staff is happy to assist as needed. However, please note that due to the boat's design, we cannot accommodate wheelchairs onboard. Boarding is possible via the jetty, which includes both steps and a ramp. We’d love for you to stop by the boarding area to check it out for yourself!

Can i bring a stroller on board?

We’re so sorry, but strollers aren’t allowed on the boat. Don’t worry though! Our friendly crew will be happy to help by securely storing your stroller at the office and will bring it back to you as soon as the trip is over. Thanks for understanding!

Are the boats suitable for me as i am pregnant?

Absolutely! If you're enjoying a healthy pregnancy and have been given the green light from your doctor, then you are very welcome to join us on board.

What facilities do you have on board?

Both of our boats are fully licensed and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a pleasant and comfortable cruising experience. Our facilities include a selection of snacks and drinks available for purchase, tour guiding services, a music system, a sunny area, a shaded area, a swimming platform, life jackets, snorkeling equipment, noodle floats, and a restroom.

What should i wear and bring?

Feel free to wear your favorite beachwear or swimwear when you board—going barefoot is the best choice! You might also want to pack some oil-free sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, a towel, and your camera to capture all the fun. We provide snorkel gear and noodle floats for you, but you’re more than welcome to bring your own if you prefer! Just a friendly reminder: anything you bring on board is at your own risk, so plan accordingly. If you’re joining us on a cooler day in May or October, a light jacket or windbreaker is a great idea to keep cozy.

Are food and drinks included?

Many of our cruises come with a delicious meal and a complimentary drink! While you're on board, you'll also find a great selection of snacks and drinks available for purchase at fair prices. If you have any allergies or follow a gluten-free, vegan, or vegetarian lifestyle, just send us an email, and we’ll be happy to make special arrangements for you.

 Can i bring my own food and drinks?

We ask that you do not bring outside food or drinks, as this allows us to provide you with the best experience possible. Thank you for your cooperation!

 Is it an easy access into the sea?

We’re excited to let you know that all our vessels come with sturdy, custom-designed ladders set at a gentle angle. This makes it super easy for you to hop in and out of the water during our swimming stops. Enjoy your time in the water!

Will we see dolphins?

Tough to say, we can't guarantee a dolphin sighting; you never know what you might see on any given day. It could be your lucky day!
