A boat cruise can be one of the most special moments of a family holiday — especially when it’s designed with families in mind. On Sirena One, our daily family cruises are created to be safe, calm, and welcoming for guests of all ages.
Over the years, we’ve welcomed everyone onboard — from babies just a few months old to elderly guests enjoying the sea at a relaxed pace. Age is not a limitation when the experience is thoughtfully planned.
Sirena One features a single-deck layout, making her ideal for families travelling with children. With everyone gathered on one level, parents can easily keep children in sight at all times, creating a more relaxed and secure environment.
The boat’s high sides and stable design add an extra layer of comfort, helping parents feel at ease as children move around under supervision. The calm cruising pace allows families to settle in and enjoy the journey without unnecessary stress or noise.
For many children, Sirena One may be their very first experience on a boat. Everything can feel new — the movement, the open space, the water, and the marine life.
That’s why our family cruises allow time to adjust. Children are free to sit close to parents, observe the surroundings, and explore at their own pace. There’s no pressure to do everything at once — curiosity and confidence usually come naturally when the atmosphere is calm.
Families with babies and toddlers are very welcome onboard. Gentle cruising, shaded seating, and space to sit comfortably make Sirena One suitable even for very young guests.
Parents are encouraged to bring everything their child needs to feel comfortable, including sun protection, hats, and familiar items. Babies often find the gentle motion of the boat soothing, while toddlers enjoy watching the water and coastline.
Safety is always a priority. We provide life jackets in all sizes, including for infants and young children, and our crew is always happy to help with fitting and guidance.
That said, parents know their children best. If your child feels more comfortable wearing their own life jacket, arm bands, or flotation aid, you are very welcome to bring them onboard. Familiar equipment can make a big difference, especially for a child’s first time at sea.
Swimming stops are often a highlight for families, but it’s important to understand that swimming from a boat is different from swimming at the beach.
Our swim stops take place in deeper waters, where children cannot simply hold onto a parent as they might in shallow sea areas. For this reason, when the crew advises that a child — and sometimes the accompanying parent — should wear a life jacket, this guidance must be followed.
Our crew understands sea conditions, depth, and safety requirements. While parents naturally know their children best, trusting the crew’s instructions during swimming stops helps ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment.
Floating platforms and swimming accessories are available to make entering and exiting the water easier and more relaxed.
Parents remain fully responsible for supervising their children at all times, both onboard and in the water. Our crew is not there to babysit or take responsibility for children — but they are always present to support, guide, and assist where needed.
Clear communication between parents and crew helps create a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone onboard.
While we do not allow outside food or drinks onboard, we understand that children can sometimes be a little fussy. Families are welcome to bring a small snack for children if needed, helping them stay comfortable and happy during the cruise.
We kindly ask that snacks are kept simple and manageable, respecting the shared onboard space.
For safety and space reasons, strollers and pushchairs are not taken onboard during the cruise. Deck areas must remain clear to ensure safe movement for all guests, especially children.
If you arrive with a stroller, our team will store it securely ashore and return it to you at the end of the cruise. We recommend bringing a baby carrier or sling if needed, as these are often more practical on a boat.
Our family cruises on Sirena One are not about loud entertainment or rushing from place to place. They are about sharing a calm experience together — watching the coastline, enjoying the sea, swimming safely, and creating meaningful memories as a family.
For many children, this becomes a defining holiday moment. For parents, it’s a chance to relax knowing the environment has been designed with families in mind.
Sirena One offers a family-friendly boat cruise where comfort, safety, and understanding come first. Whether it’s your baby’s first time on the water or a special outing with multiple generations, our aim is to make the experience feel easy, enjoyable, and welcoming.
With a thoughtful layout, a supportive crew, and a calm approach to cruising, families of all ages can enjoy the sea together — safely and with confidence.
